Do packages expire?
Each package has its own validity window — from 3 months for smaller bundles up to 12 months for larger ones. The details are listed on every package above.
Can I share a package?
Some can. Our larger float and contrast packages can be shared with friends or family, while intro offers and smaller bundles are for individual use. Each card notes which applies.
How do memberships work?
Memberships are billed monthly with a minimum three-month term. Unused sessions roll over while your membership stays active, so you never lose what you've paid for.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. You can gift any session or set your own value. Gift cards are emailed instantly, printable, and valid for 12 months.
Is there a new customer offer?
Yes — our intro offers for float and contrast therapy give new guests a reduced first experience. They're for new customers only and can't be transferred.
Can I book for two people?
Absolutely. Our contrast therapy Duo session (£42 for two in our summer sale, usually £60) and the Dual Contrast & Float Ritual are priced for two, so you can share the experience.
