General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases, and services provided by Float Therapy Wilmslow (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a session, purchasing a gift card, or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or amend an appointment.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be accommodated and will be charged in full.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be treated as a no‑show. The appointment will be cancelled and charged in full.
Rescheduled appointments are non-refundable and may only be rebooked during off‑peak times (Monday–Thursday), regardless of the original booking time.
2. Refunds
Refunds for bookings or purchases (excluding promotional or discounted packages) are available within 14 days of the original transaction date.
After 14 days, refunds will not be issued.
Refunds are not provided based on personal dissatisfaction or preference following a completed session.
Promotional offers and discounted packages are non-refundable unless required by law.
3. Health, Safety & Eligibility
Your wellbeing and safety are important to us. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet the following requirements:
Prohibited substances: You must not attend your session under the influence of drugs or alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse entry where this is suspected.
Medical conditions: Float therapy may not be suitable if you have incontinence, serious heart conditions, epilepsy, or chronic kidney disease. If you are unsure whether float or contrast therapy is appropriate for you, please consult a healthcare professional before booking.
Physical capability: You must be able to enter and exit the float tank or therapy area unaided, as all sessions take place in private.
Age restrictions: All services are available to individuals aged 16 years and over. Valid identification may be requested.
Menstruation: Floating during menstruation is permitted provided appropriate sanitary products (such as tampons or menstrual cups) are used.
Assumption of risk: By participating, you acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with floatation or contrast therapy.
4. Personal Belongings
While we provide secure areas for your belongings, Float Therapy Wilmslow is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought onto the premises.
5. Arrival, Conduct & Use of Facilities
Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled session time.
Eating or drinking immediately before your session may affect comfort and relaxation.
Any damage caused through misuse of facilities or equipment may be charged to the guest.
Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals from the premises without refund.
6. Booking Accuracy & Communications
It is your responsibility to ensure all booking details are correct at the time of booking. We are not liable for errors entered during the online booking process.
We may contact you by email, phone, or SMS regarding your booking or services.
Marketing communications will only be sent in accordance with your stated preferences, and you may opt out at any time.
7. Complaints
If you have any concerns or complaints, please notify reception on the day of your visit where possible, or contact us by email as soon as practicable. We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve issues fairly and promptly.
8. Promotional Offers (Including Black Friday / Cyber Monday)
From time to time, we may offer promotional packages subject to specific terms:
Promotional offers are available for a limited time and subject to availability.
Package contents, usage rules, and expiry periods will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Promotional credits are non-transferable, non-shareable, and must be used by the original purchaser unless otherwise stated.
All promotional purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
Promotional sessions are available to individuals aged 16 years or older only.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
