How is the gift card delivered?
Instantly by email — to you or straight to the recipient, on the day you choose. Every gift card can also be printed beautifully if you’d rather hand it over in person.
How long is it valid?
12 months from the day it is sent, and the expiry date is on the card. Expired gift cards cannot be extended or refunded.
How do they redeem it?
They simply enter the gift card code when booking online, or mention it at the studio. If the session costs more than the card’s value, they can pay the difference.
Which sessions can it be used for?
Any of them — float therapy, contrast therapy, massage with Jade, packages or memberships. Flexible gift cards let the recipient decide exactly how to spend it.
Can I choose my own amount?
Yes — the Flexible Gift Card starts from £20 and you can set whatever value suits. It can be spent across one visit or several.
Can gift cards be refunded?
Yes, within 14 days of buying online, as long as the card has not been used. After that, gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, but whoever holds one can use it.
